You will live on-site with students for the duration of the program and manage the operations of all daily classes and social activities. This includes managing all curfew, class, and study hour check-in processes. It also includes coordinating dormitory and classroom inventory needs, maintenance requests, and deliveries. In close collaboration with our in-house guidance counselor, you will ensure all student and staff needs are met, providing essential administrative support while the guidance counselor focuses on counseling and student wellbeing. Providing a phenomenal program experience is important to us. You will ensure the behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly, allowing students and instructional staff to focus on the academic and social aspects of the program. This is a temporary, full-time position with evening and weekend responsibilities. This program will run from the end of June through the beginning of August 2026. The types of trainings to be managed and directed by this position include, but are not limited to: - Instruction in substantive areas of the law - Skills Training - Updates on new legislation EXECUTIVE AGENCY COUNSEL - 95005 Qualifications Admission to the New York State Bar; and four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar, eighteen months of which must have been in the supervision of other attorneys, in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity, or performing highly complex and significant legal work. Incumbents must remain Members of the New York State Bar in good standing for the duration of this employment.
