A day in the life of a Senior Litigation Counsel:
Litigation & Dispute Management
* Oversee and manage an extensive litigation and pre-litigation portfolio, including commercial contract disputes, product liability, intellectual property matters, employment-related claims, securities claims, consumer class actions, and licensed-property litigation.
* Develop and execute effective litigation strategies from demand through resolution, arbitration, trial, or settlement.

What you'll bring:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.

Required QualificationsA minimum of 7 years of legal experience focused on health care privacy law, preferably involving health plan, in a sophisticated or complex environment.
Experience leading a team and/or various legal projects.
Deep subject matter expertise of privacy laws such as HIPAA and GLBA.
Ability to synthesize and apply multiple regulatory frameworks to business activities.
