The Montessori Teacher agrees to devote full time and attention during normal working hours to his/her duties as a Teacher at the School. The Montessori Teacher will perform his/her duties subject to the general supervision and direction of the Principal and Assistant Director. The Montessori Teacher shall abide by all reasonable rules, regulations and policies promulgated by the Principal and shall comply with all relevant statues, regulations and ordinances of the State of Georgia and the DHHS. The Montessori Teacher will adhere to the American Montessori Society (AMS) guidelines and the School's ethical guidelines, mission, vision, core values and professional standards, for the purpose of maintaining excellence. The children are not to be left unattended ever. b) Report any and all accidents at once. Prepare a written report stating date, time, nature of accident, and action taken, using proper forms. c) Train and supervise children in the execution of fire drills and evacuations. The routine is to be clearly established and the building exited with dispatch and order.
