Environmental and Physical Factors: Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings and requires the ability to lift and move program supplies and equipment. Long periods of standing and active participation in recreation activities are common. As a Day Camp Leader, your duties and responsibilities will include: * Supervising campers, ensuring their safety at all times. * Disciplining children as needed. * Communicating with parents. * Maintaining weekly paperwork. * Disciplining staff as needed. * Attending mandatory weekly staff meetings and required training. * Administering first aid as needed. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with children and their parents.
