Must be 21 years of age and a positive role model for children. High school degree or equivalent is required. At least two (2) years of undergraduate work in youth development, psychology, social work, education or a related field is required. Evidence of work towards a graduate degree is preferred. At least 1-year experience in camp or classroom management with youth ages 5-14 years old is required. At least 6 months experience working with children with special needs is preferred. Demonstrated communication, (verbal or written), organization, creative problem solving, and human relations skills. Multi-lingual ability is preferred.
