A long, long time ago, there was a young boy who dreamt of one day becoming Chalutzim Program Director. As the years went by, and he outgrew his days as a camper and went on to counsel his way through many different programs, his heart always remained in Chalutzim. Overtime, the young boy became a young man and today his dream has been realized. That young boy is none other than the great Eli Mizock.

Olivia has Kee Tov in her blood, having spent 15 years and counting at the most magical place on earth! Keeping the Rogers legacy alive, she is thrilled to join the Rish train and pour her heart into every song session and BWS (bathroom, water, sunscreen) there is! When away from Kee Tov, Olivia is a Pre-Med Biology major at Oregon State University. She is looking forward to ditching the books and cold weather for Rishonim cheers and mock overnights. With Olivia at the helm, Rish will no doubt claim yet another victory in the Ruach Competition! She is excited to fulfill her new role as PD and have the best summer yet!

What does it take to become a Camp Kee Tov legend? This question danced through Oscar’s mind the first day he stepped onto a CKT bus as a camper in 2006, and it still dominates his waking hours all these years later. His quest has taken him to the far corners of the Kee Tov landscape: coming up as a counselor in Habonim under the discerning tutelage of one Beckett Sheeder, before pivoting to the rollicking ranks of Giborim for three summers. In the summer of 2020 he embraced a new challenge, tackling the endeavors of a different (but no less fun!) program in Chalutzim. This summer, however, he looks to immortalize himself in the pantheons of counselor legend as he takes up the coveted mantle of Giborim PD. In the moments when he is not singing Three Chartreuse Buzzards (the best bus song) or brainstorming out-of-the-box Chugim ideas (Sabermetrics Chug, anyone?), Oscar has been driving around the country researching and writing about Canadian-American roots rock group The Band during his gap year from Wesleyan University. In the end, however, nothing excites him more than knowing that he will return to his beloved Giborim this summer to not only pursue legendary status for himself, but also to cultivate a legendary summer for campers and counselors alike.
