Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity at Verde Ranch Estates. Showing Assistants will be paid an average of $32 per home shown but can earn upwards of $50 a home showing, with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
Showing Agents on Showami, have the flexibility of accepting or passing up showing opportunities at their leisure. this means you can pick up showings when you're available and looking for side-gig income.

Asphalt / Paving
crew. Depending on the tasks to be filled, you may be asked to perform several functions throughout the day. Youll report to a project superintendent and have the opportunity to work at various sites to prepare the ground for construction. This hands-on role requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Complete tasks as directed by the Foreman promptly.
Maintain and clean work areas.
Perform shoveling, raking, and demolition work as required.
Able to work and assist others to work safely within the guidelines of the company's policies.
Operate Paving Equipment and/ or Labor.
Set up Paver, Screed, and Rollers
Match all paver joints and maintain consistency.
Assist in patching asphalt.
Ability to drive and operate equipment under varying working conditions.
Requirements:
Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
