I had a medical issue and was targeted for it. I had a medical order disappear; only one person knew it was to be faxed and was vociferous in her opposition. I filed a large grievance and the "investigation" was full of lies and contradictions. Afterwards, retribution occurred. There is a dearth of moral and ethical standards and ADA means nothing to the District administration. Student success is ignored and downplayed.
There isn't any leadership just an ethos of cya.
Remove the "Head Shed".
Know the latest in educational fads.
It was comparable to other Districts.
It wasn't an issue for me.
The students and their growth is what kept me teaching.
