Management and when the company closed down they gave a packet that wasn't worth 12 years of work at that place

Pushy management, gossiping, backstabbing, absolutely no fun anymore after 30 years, unorganized, poor decision making, falsifying documents to make everything look good, dictatorship from production managers, working on holidays while salaried employees are off to be with their families and whatever else

The money is good because you can work up to 84 hours a week.

The work-life balance. The experience, the opportunity. I enjoy learning about merchandising, marketing, and all of the other things that fall into marketing/merchandising

The location. The job itself is fine, it doesn’t have major drawbacks, I do want to live elsewhere I would say.
