He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, having held senior management positions at leading companies with iconic center-store brands, including Mondelez International, Inc., Kraft Foods Inc. and Pinnacle Foods, Inc. Mr. Clouse previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pinnacle from May 2016 until October 2018. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mr. Clouse held several executive roles at Mondelez International, including: Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer; Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer; and Executive Vice President, North America.

Adam G. Ciongoli (born 1968) is a government and private lawyer, and was the Counselor to United States Attorney General John Ashcroft during the September 11, 2001 attacks and in the period that followed.

Beekhuizen, 43, was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Chobani since 2016, where he led the improvement of the company’s capital structure and supported its growth and expansion. Prior to Chobani, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Education Management Corporation, and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the merchant banking division.
