Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and refrigeration. May be asked to develop and complete welding projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assemblies; (Stainless and Aluminum); (TIG and ARC); and maintains USDA required welding techniques; Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan for and take corrective action. Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
