U get paid weekly & good benefits
Raise is offensive, work load is a bit much you work near 60 to 72 a week just to pay bills
40lk
They ask you where do you see yourself in 5 years but want let you get ahead or give you a chance to be productive in different fields in the company
Stop asking questions and get on the floor to see the hard works
My resume
Low being this company is over 4.8 billion in sales
The other hard working numbers like my self just trying to make a living
The work-life balance. The experience, the opportunity. I enjoy learning about merchandising, marketing, and all of the other things that fall into marketing/merchandising
The location. The job itself is fine, it doesn’t have major drawbacks, I do want to live elsewhere I would say.
401k and the work life balance are my favorite benefits, it’s not your typical 9-5.
Pushy management, gossiping, backstabbing, absolutely no fun anymore after 30 years, unorganized, poor decision making, falsifying documents to make everything look good, dictatorship from production managers, working on holidays while salaried employees are off to be with their families and whatever else
don't have any
The money is good because you can work up to 84 hours a week.
The schedule was usually set by the team leader which consisted of working seven days straight and then one day off.
The employee store was built a few months ago and offered several Campbell Soup brands at a discounted rate.
Highly motivated team, care about employees. The company has iconic brands, almost all of which are growing. Many brands are share leaders as well.
Many reorgs.
My Co-workers
Management and when the company closed down they gave a packet that wasn't worth 12 years of work at that place
The 401k was great and I loved the Dental plan
