We are looking for a school leader for our Greenville campus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, familiar with our Direct Instruction curriculum and ready to help bring Thales to Greenville!
Travel for training will be required, working with existing campuses in Waxhaw, NC and in the Raleigh, NC area.

Responsibilities:
Before opening:
- Training on the "Thales Way" including curriculum, campus processes and our mission and vision
- Marketing in the Greenville area, including parent info meetings, community events and other avenues
- Working with Senior Administrators on schedules, student assessments, curriculum ordering and other operations planning
- Involvement in the interviewing and hiring process for new teachers
Once Open:
- Implementing the approved Thales Curriculum at the campus, including training and coaching teachers
- Overseeing day to day operations of the campus
- Enforcing discipline and Thales policies
- Parent communication - newsletters, campus updates, parent meetings
- Ongoing enrollment (student assessments and parent tours/marketing)
Qualifications:

Under supervision assists in the provision of information, maintenance of databases, report production and routine data analysis. Work is reviewed for completeness, accuracy and soundness.
Essential Functions:
• Examples of project support include:
• Collects, prepares and tracks reports and summaries such as: budget to actual expenditures, production statistics and utilization of services and statistical records of performance.
