10,000 students say, “I have decided to witness for Christ!”
1,000 churches say, “I have decided to mobilize our students to witness for Christ!”

About Our Next OhioCampus Ministry Staff:
Anticipated hire date - Spring 2026 or later as we seek God's provision.
We are calling the next generation of believers to heed Christ's call to be courageous witnesses for Him - to be champions for Christ and His kingdom. God has called us to strengthen a remnant of young leaders who are ready to stand for Christ, live for Christ, witness for Christ, and endure hardship for His name because He is worth it.
We are driven by the reality that students without Jesus are lost, and far too many of the 34 million students in middle and high schools today have never had the chance to hear about the hope and new life He offers. We focus on equipping, sending, and reaching students on their school campuses and online.
Campus Ministry Staff are the core of the ministry. You will coach students on a regular basis who are eager to reach their peers for Christ and establish and maintain relationships with youth pastors and leaders in the local churches and community.

You know the value of serving a movement bigger than yourself and your leadership. Campus Ministry Staff work in partnership with pastors, teachers, parents, and the general Christian community. And if those partnerships don't exist yet, Campus Staff build them.
You want to be part of a far-reaching and effective ministry. With millions of students around the nation who need to know Christ, you're not content to reach just one campus.
You are a superior verbal communicator, winsome in personal conversation and in public speaking.
You have experience leading others and know that leading others is service to them. Leading is one of the most effective ways you deploy the talents and the godly passions that God has given you.
You're a visionary - you see a different future than the current reality, and you can tell people about it in ways that motivate them to help you make that change.
You're a proven coach and enjoy helping others you lead to reach their full potential and serve Christ for years to come.
You're detailed and organized when it comes to planning the future and managing your team.
