JOB INFORMATION:

You will help us to recruit students for tutoring jobs in the LA area!

Your job will be to speak with students on your campus to tell them about our tutoring jobs. You will be provided promotional job materials and a QR code for them to scan to submit their job application within minutes! You will report to a Campus Recruitment Onsite Coordinator.

This is a week to week position, if you prove yourself in being able to effectively build and manage on-site teams and get results, we will retain you for more weeks.

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday. 3-4 hours per day. (Morning shift 8am-12pm or Afternoon shift 12pm-4pm)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must live in LA and have reliable transportation to visit school campuses.
  • You must be friendly and outgoing in order to introduce yourself to students about our recruiting and job opportunities
  • You must possess strong communication skills
  • Excellent attendance is a must

PAY:

$20/hr, max 20hrs/week; submit weekly invoices to HeyTutor for payment

A passionate Campus recruitment professional with strong networking skills and proven ability to tap talent at an early stage from different engineering colleges in and around the Tri-State.
Enable business by hiring around 150 to 200 college graduates in a year and build a constant robust pipeline of candidates.
You’ll direct the team’s recruiting and university relations strategy, while remaining close enough to day-to-day execution to help where needed. Qualifications
