Support the Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) Biomedical business as an entry-level Portable Equipment Handler, located onsite at a customer facility in Warwick, NY. This role will provide administrative support to the onsite biomedical team.
Your role:
Provide an outstanding customer experience, become a viable team member, and quickly get up to speed with technical expertise.
Identifying and resolving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving appropriate site service personnel.
Responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to inspect, ship, and maintain low-risk biomedical equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
Shift time: Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM, with opportunity for overtime on weekends. Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed based on business needs.
May attend factory training classes and apply lessons learned through on the job training (OJT) and experience.

The hourly pay range for this position in NY is $23.42 - $37.48, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes an annual incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. What you'll do:
Load and unload trailers of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, supplies, and equipment
Prepare and print picklists, load lists, and truck lists using SAP
Inspect shipments and trailers for damage, contamination, or cleanliness
Stage outbound shipments according to assigned BOL and pick lists
Seal, secure, stretch wrap, and/or band materials as needed
Label inbound materials accurately and store in proper locations
Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and location updates
Maintain clean, safe, and organized dock and warehouse areas
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Support plant operations as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or team leader
Follow all safety, GMP, Food Safety, and operational procedures

The Claims professional will under limited supervision handle Professional Liability claims of moderate to high complexity. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing complaints and all other legal pleadings and discovery, arbitration demands, coverage analysis, determining exposure and setting appropriate reserves. They will resolve claims according to Best Practices and within authority limits and will regularly communicate with customers and brokers and will be dedicated to handle claims for specific programs.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Analyze coverage; Draft and issue clear, timely coverage determinations.
+ Investigate liability and damages exposure for claims
+ Participate in mediations and negotiation of settlements
