Long hours gruelling work understaffed forces other to pick up extra work the weld pit is as close to hell as any company has ever gotten employees thinking they are managers very high turnover rate 1 45 minute lunch break no other breaks managers don't care about workers well being new age slave drivers the pay is pretty low for the amount of work no job has made me want to commit suicide quite like Jacksonville canam steel I get off and want to go to the store buy a bottle of sleeping pills and ingest the whole bottle

There is no favorite perk or benefit they offer..subpar to most other companies

They don't care about anyone's well being at least in Jacksonville plant.

Make it more about the employees less about catering to customers in a warehouse employees should always come first

Toxic environment and terrible senior management. They treat the shop employees very poorly. The manufacturing environment is dangerous and you will freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. They will use you then throw you out. Very high turn over rate

The 401k was acceptable
