Job summary:
Safe and efficient operation of cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment of raw and fabricated products in the plant and yard areas in accordance with corporate missions and values. Proficiency in safe rigging, crane usage, forklift operation, material handling and storage are fundamental aspects of this position.
Essential Functions:
Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.

Keep all areas of the shop in a clean and orderly condition. Perform in-shop delivery tasks to keep employees supplied with tools and materials that they need to complete their work efficiently. Clean all shop areas, including production offices and storage areas.

The IT Manager - Enterprise Systems is responsible for managing the leadership, governance, and operational support of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365. Mobile/Rough Terrain - Yard
Responsible for operating a rough terrain mobile crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment in an industrial or construction site setting. Operate rough terrain mobile cranes safely and efficiently, following all manufacturer specifications and site safety regulations.

Fit and assemble structural framework, components and materials in various shapes, sizes and designs such as but not limited to: angle, I beam and other steel components in compliance with the corporate mission and values, and departmental financial objectives.
Essential Functions:
Layout, position, align and fit together the fabricated parts of structural components according to shop drawings or prints and layout specifications;
Operate cutting and heating torches;
Check camber and sweep tolerances of girders and beams and be able to effectively make necessary corrections per pertinent codes and specifications;
Tack weld in all positions using multiple welding processes;
Grind parts, torque bolts and operate mechanical and manual cutting equipment;
Produce a finished product that meets recognized standards, codes and customer expectations by maintaining quality procedures and practices;
Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly;
Identify potential hazards and make necessary corrections;
Assist in training efforts and be able to mentor other employees;
Work in a safe, professional and conscientious manner;
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in an effective professional and courteous manner with customers, coworkers, clients and supervisors;
Ability to understand welding procedures;
Able to read and interpret weld symbols on shop drawings and prints;

Job Summary
Perform welding of various company products in compliance with the corporate mission and values, and departmental financial objectives.
Essential Functions
Perform production welding and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor;
Produce CJP, PJP and fillet welds in ALL welding positions using FCAW and SMAW welding processes;
Produce CJP, PJP welds in the 1G and 2G welding positions and be able to produce fillet welds in the 1F and 2F welding positions using SAW-A and SAW-SA welding processes;
Be willing and able to operate various pieces of grinding equipment for extended periods of time;
Inspect products to ensure quality and be able to identify and correct unacceptable areas;
Effectively set up and operate mechanical and manual cutting devices;
Effectively set and use air carbon arc gouging equipment;
Effectively set up and operate all welding equipment;
Understand and interpret shop drawings, prints and weld symbols;
Able to read and use standard and metric measuring devices;
Assist in training efforts and possess the ability to mentor and assist other welding personnel;
Maintain equipment and work area and be able to identify potential hazards and make necessary corrections;
Perform independently and function in a safe, professional and conscientious manner;

Job Description
Assist Plant Manager and production staff in developing production plans, ensure production objectives are met, offer recommendations, and implement production events and programs. The Metrologist is responsible for performing such work consistent with the company's corporate mission, values, and departmental financial objectives.
Essential Functions
Assist in the production-planning process, schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
Read and analyze data, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production productivity and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Identify direct and indirect labor issues and production problems, make recommendations, and assist management in developing a corrective action plan.
Compile production planning notes, sketches, prints, schedules, contract documents and specifications into a formal build plan.
Aid in the detailing and manipulation of models to accommodate additional views for fabrication per planning session. Assist on designing fixtures and jigs to aid fabrication.
Responsible for conventional and CNC machining, to include managing direct labor to accomplish coverage on equipment in support of production needs.
Train and assist production members in the operation of conventional and CNC machining equipment in line with formal build plans.
Perform other job duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or experience in detailing and fabrication.
Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to production or productivity problems.
Experience with AutoCAD, Tekla, FeatureCam, Polyworks, Station Total, Laser Tracker Faro, and other software preferred.
Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking, so others will understand.
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Must be able to schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
Job requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
