Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.

Program Summary
The Maintenance Technician Development Program is geared towards individuals who want to gain the skills needed to receive their Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) licenses. The program requires enrollment in a FAR 147 certified program and offers mentorship and a defined path towards certification and starting a career with Horizon Air/Alaska Airlines.

The Executive Director in Hospice supervises all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel, regulatory requirements compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance performance improvement activities for agency. The Executive Director or alternate will be available on-site during business hours and additionally, if needed.
Responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies and procedures, that are applicable to hospice and Medicare / Medicaid issues when applicable on a daily basis.
Immediately available (or has Alternate Designee) to be on-site during business hours or immediately available by telephone when off-site conducting agency business, available after hours as needed.
Directs the day-to-day operations of the agency and acts as the driver for the Care Management Process. The Executive Director or designee RN, such as a Patient Care Manager, will receive daily report on patients from staff. This process also includes review of patient care paperwork, referral information, recertification processes, discharge information, and event reporting, etc. on a daily basis.
Reviews monthly financials relative to all aspects of the operation to assure that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
Participates in the QAPI planning and processes, reporting, and improvement action plans as indicated. This includes chart audits, patient satisfaction, financials, contracts, patient/family complaints, etc. and appropriate follow-up.
License Requirements
Must be a licensed physician; licensed registered nurse; licensed social worker; or a Bachelor's degree college graduate with at least three (3) years of documented success in discipline/field of study and a minimum of one (1) year of full time experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care delivery system setting.
Three (3) years of health care leadership preferred.
Current CPR certification required for Executive Directors who may provide services to patients in the field.
Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Essential Functions

What this job involves:
As a Sr. HVAC Technician at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining world-class commercial properties by ensuring optimal performance of complex HVAC and mechanical systems. What your day-to-day will look like:
• Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air handlers, and automation/controls systems
• Conduct safety assessments and implement proper risk mitigation strategies, especially for electrical work related to troubleshooting, working at heights, and confined spaces
• Train, evaluate, and coach Lead Engineers, Facility Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians as requested by supervisors
• Respond to customer service requests and provide technical solutions that exceed client expectations
• Utilize industry-standard tools and handheld electronic devices to complete work orders and maintain detailed maintenance records
• Travel within assigned geographic territory to service multiple properties for our account
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all work complies with applicable codes, laws, and regulations
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience with commercial systems
EPA Universal Certification and R410a Certification
Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician License (LME)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC codes, laws, and regulations
Valid driver's license
Physical Requirement
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, standing) and weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
10 years of HVAC experience in commercial environments
Vocational degree program/apprenticeship completion Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) codes, laws, and regulations
Experience creating, modifying, and editing technical processes and procedures
Experience with building automation systems and controls

* Detail oriented, self-starter litigation associate attorney with at least 2 - 5 years' experience and active Oregon bar license in good standing. Duties (with a progressive increase in responsibilities and independence with partner support and leadership;
* Represent clients in civil and probate court in matters involving financial elder abuse and breach of fiduciary duty claims, trust and will contests, elder abuse restraining orders, and in the appointment and removal of fiduciaries in probate, trust, and protective proceedings;
