What We're Looking For (Must Haves):

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing solutions for Dayton Facilities Support.
Create, implement, and manage Company Tool Processes for sourcing and purchasing.
Prepare and oversee apprentice program tool kits for Plumbing and HVAC installation and service.
Manage inventory for company-owned tools and ensure proper tracking.
Schedule repairs and order replacements for defective tools.
Respond promptly to support field teams during vehicle breakdowns.
Develop and manage Fleet Purchase and Sale Processes.
Prepare security agreements and promissory notes for vehicle sales on loan.
Conduct monthly service van inspections on the first Wednesday of each month, track pass/fail results, and provide management with a recap of failed vehicles.
Prepare documentation for vehicle purchases and sales.
Perform vehicle valuations prior to sale using KBB or other resources.
Coordinate van swaps and prepare vehicles for new and current field team members.
Order inventory for new vehicle preparation, including shelving, wraps, and materials.
Assist or lead in bi-annual service van inventories in February and August.
Plan and manage the seasonal maintenance program for the installation team (bi-annually).
Maintain a tracker for vehicle maintenance and repair expenses.
Create, implement, and manage all Fleet Maintenance Processes through scheduling with maintenance providers.
Negotiate terms and contracts with the fleet maintenance provider.
Manage Service Tech Truck Inventory List in collaboration with the logistics supervisor and service management, utilizing historical data for stocking decisions.
Oversee Install Material Truck Inventory List.
Manage all GPS installations and removals.
Schedule all transit maintenance and repairs.
Provide invoices and documentation to Accounts Payable for incurred costs related to tools and fleet.
Collaborate with the logistics team to support other department members as needed.
Assist with equipment operations alongside the logistics team as required.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
