**Responsibilities**
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
· Ensures total customer (internal & external) satisfaction through understanding of customer expectations, proactive problem identification/resolution, and maximizing opportunities to build relationships.
**MAIL/PACKAGES/POUCHES**
· Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages according to assigned floors and within established time frames. Wrap, seal, weigh, affix postage and dispatch all outgoing mail/packages in accordance with postal regulations.
· Prepare special outgoing inter-office pouches sent to client affiliates as scheduled (if applicable).
· Package and process outgoing overnight items, i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc., to meet client and vendor deadlines. Log and deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames.

· Organize and distribute supplies to client. Verify and log orders upon delivery. Monitor inventory of copy supplies, stock paper and toner and keep supply area neat (inclusive of convenience copiers).
· Handle items for distribution to a segment of or all of client employees, affiliates, dealers, etc.
· Estimate runtime on the small to medium photocopy jobs. Check all copies produced for quality and accuracy. Produce bound copies of work when requested. Deliver and pick up copy jobs.
· May provide minor maintenance of photocopy machine such as solving paper jams, placing service calls and routine cleanings.
· Operate facsimile machines; send and receive facsimiles. Keep complete and accurate logs of incoming and outgoing facsimiles. Where appropriate, generate activity and confirmation reports, and call the receiver to confirm receipt as necessary.
· Perform other administrative duties from inserting, copying and photocopying to faxing as needed.
· Due to changing technology in office automation, will be required to learn new features and functionalities of copying machines, faxes, scanning, shipping equipment as introduced at the site.
**May possibly perform any of the following functions at the direction of the Site Manager:**
· Set up and maintain client's kitchen areas and conference rooms, order food and make coffee.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Hours: Shifts start as early as 6am
Schedule: This location operates 7 days a week. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
Job Site: Warehouse / Mover Leads will start and end shifts at the Clutter depot at 155 Anderson Ave, Moonachie, NJ 07074.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Move, pack and load / unload customers' items onsite at their place of residence and in the warehouse
Act as the face of Clutter by delivering exceptional customer service
Responsible for the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter's warehouse
Drive a team of helpers to complete 1-3 moving / storage jobs per day
Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates
Move, pack, scan and categorize customer items using our self-built mobile iPhone app
Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits
Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas
Maintain a high level of safety, a strong quality of work, and an excellent customer experience on each job
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Valid driver's license
At least 21 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Ability to pass a physical exam required
Weekend availability required
As a Warehouse / Mover Lead you will be expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs regularly
You will be on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day)
You will be expected to track and manage data using smartphone software
You must have reliable transportation and from work
Experience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor

The Site Manager is responsible for effective management, administration, and control of business functions at identified client site(s). This person oversees the timely and effective resolution of all services contracted by the client while exhibiting exceptional customer service, overall operational efficiency and quality of business services.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages & oversee all services contracted by client at the assigned site by providing exceptional customer service & quality
+ Evaluates and resolves high priority and complex problems through communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal professionals in support of a proactive, responsive and friendly customer environment
+ Manages budget, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to ensure best possible use of resources and to plan and report budgetary expenses effectively
+ Manages status reports, productivity reports, and other source documents to ensure optimal performance is met by staff
+ Functions as a liaison between the client & CBPS
+ Prioritize and schedules all work including overflow work to backup facility
+ Ensures proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies
+ Conducts staff meetings to ensure communication of corporate policies and goals
+ Manages staff by selecting and recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff; handle corrective actions as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy; evaluating performance; providing training and development opportunities; coach and counsel staff
+ Ensures and analyzes production targets onsite are met daily, weekly, and monthly by measuring against Company goals
+ Interfaces with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as necessary
**Qualifications**
+ Associates Degree preferred or comparable work experience
+ 2 yrs. supervisory exp. as a manager in a professional business setting preferably in the reprographic/mail industry; manage a site with 1-4 non-exempt employees
+ Communicate effectively with diverse groups and clients
+ Exhibit ability to establish personal credibility with customers and staff
+ Ability to execute and deliver the highest quality and production and customer service
+ Establish challenging, constructive, and open workplace culture
+ Work with peers & team to establish departmental decisions, processes & ensure standardized activities
+ Ability to work in stressful situations and meet deadlines efficiently

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a CDL vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company CDL vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
