Job Summary - The 2nd shift WarehouseSupervisor is responsible for supervising and assisting in the planning, implementing, and coordinating daily warehouse operations (inbound receiving, material handling, pick, pack and shipments) for the company clients. Ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations, in meeting client on-time delivery and quality expectations.
General Duties, and Responsibilities
· Supervise the day-to-day warehouse teams (20-40 associates), and ensure health, safety, and security compliance.
· Assist and track performance-based requirements determined by our customers and site management, including organizing and scheduling work assignments, processes, material needs, resolving problems, monitoring progress, meeting deadlines, and reporting results.
· Organize, prioritize, and assign daily work tasks / assignments, ensuring efficient and accurate results.
· Supervise work for the teams and individuals to ensure maximum productivity.
· Monitor the completion of necessary daily tasks and documentation.
· Supervise teams to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
· Act as a representative of management in meetings.
· Monitor and track teams' time and attendance. Coach and correct staff requiring improvements. Coordinate with site management on corrective actions as needed.
· Assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring the floor associates.
· Mediate disputes to promote amicable and cooperative relationships among associates.
· Available to work extended schedules based on organization and client needs
· Available to respond to alarms or other facility needs
· Learn all systems to supervise appropriate employee training and prioritization with IT and Operations for efficiency improvements.
· Train on and certify Material handlers with the appropriate Material Handling equipment.
· Conduct daily meetings with associates to present metrics, work assignments, planning, and company communications.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through production manifests and product put away. Supervise the team to follow all processes.
· Order monthly shipping and client-specific materials to ensure stock is on hand to fulfill orders. Order supplies to maximize costs, without excessive inventory.

Requirements
· High school diploma
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse / 3PL environment.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
· Experience and competence with MS Office Products including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.

Title: WarehouseSupervisor Duration: 0 -03 Months (Temp -Hire) Shift: 8AM-4PM Mon -Fri Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse employees to optimize service, productivity and quality, minimize expenses and maintain morale. Ensure that warehouse processes are clearly documented, the workplace is safe at all times, employees receive appropriate training, and that disciplinary issues are addressed promptly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Supervise all warehouse employees according to proper policies and procedures.
•Balance staff for all operational areas to achieve both inbound and outbound service requirements/standards.
•Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service and safety.
•Monitor workflow, work completed, error rates and related metrics and take appropriate action when required.
•Ensure that procedures are observed, implemented, enforced, and training is provided when necessary.
•Ensure the quality and inspection process is accurate and identify ways to streamline the process to eliminate cost.
•Ensure a safe working environment at all times and follow appropriate safety regulations.
•Ensure that warehouse employees receive appropriate training for all phases of their job responsibilities.
•Ensure that accurate time, attendance, and performance counseling records are maintained.
•Maintain positive employee relations and morale.
•Enforce disciplinary action as required.
•Assist in developing and documenting warehouse processes.
•Establish and monitor performance standards for all warehouse functions including: pick, pack, and ship orders;process returned merchandise;equipment, assembly/value added production, housekeeping, etc.
•Develop and implement training certification programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
Forklift operation. 1-3 Years, 5 Preferred.
Supervision experience in a warehouse environment (distribution preferred). 1-3 Years, 5 Preferred.
EDUCATION
High School Degree or Equivalent:

2. Knowledge of electrical, construction or mechanical products.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Warehouse -Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally, well-ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment. Strict safety regulations may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
Employee required to climb ladders.
Employee required to use hand tools.
Employee uses heavy machinery (e.G., forklift, etc.).
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Employee required to organize and coordinate schedules.
Employee required to problem-solve.
Employee required to manage other employees.

What You'll DoAs an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment and distribution center. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency across all inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions. You will play a critical role in optimizing space, managing workflows, and maintaining safety standards in an automated environment.
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, inventory control, and shipping
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and compliance with all safety regulations
Manage the flow of materials, optimizing storage and warehouse space utilization
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve process efficiency and inventory accuracy
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments to support business goals and service level agreements
Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure a positive and results-driven work environment
What You Bring
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams in a logistics or warehouse setting
Hands-on experience managing in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or distribution center
Strong working knowledge of automated warehouse systems and best practices in logistics operations
Ability to analyze workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning, and inventory systems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of warehouse/distribution experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Experience with Supervisor 101 leadership principles or equivalent hands-on leadership training
Experience working in an automated warehouse environment is strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $101,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
