George Fotiades is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board of Directors for Cantel.

He most recently served as an Operating Partner at Five Arrows Capital Partners (FACP), the private equity arm of Rothschild Merchant Banking, and previously was a Partner at Diamond Castle Holdings, focusing on healthcare investments.

Shaun Blakeman is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CANTEL MEDICAL CORP.

Jean Casner are a Senior VP/Chief Human Resources Ofcer at CANTEL MEDICAL CORP and are based in Little Falls, New Jersey. They have experience at VIAD CORP and have worked as Managing Partner at Crescere Partners; Executive Director, Global Compensation & Rewards at MERCK & CO., INC.; and Senior Vice President & CHRO at CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. Jean studied at University of Virginia between 1976 and 1980.

Michael Drexel is the Senior Vice President of the R&D segment for Cantel. In this role, he is responsible for driving the overall vision for the R&D function, oversight and leadership for all projects related to research, and the development of new and existing products.

Mr. Drexel was SVP of the Product Engineering Center Cassette & Tubing Systems for Fresenius Medical Care since November 2018 before joining Cantel Medical, with professional experience spanning the areas of medical, aerospace, automotive, oil & gas and general industrial technology and development. Many of these experiences were with large global firms such as BARD, General Motors, Michelin, General Electric and Hoya. During his career, Mr. Drexel has developed products ranging from race tires to subsea compression systems to several medical platforms and devices. With respect to the healthcare industry, Mr. Drexel has developed products in the x-ray, CT, Tomography fields, and complete endoscopic platforms for imaging and surgical procedures. He has held various leadership positions at the VP, SVP and CTO level over the last 25 years with the primary focus on the endoscopic and renal medical spaces.

Mr. Drexel holds a doctorate degree (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a masters degree (MS) from University of South Carolina, and a bachelor degree (BS) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
