I love the residents who live there
It's not a nice place to work, don't get me wrong I love the residents who live there and the coworkers, but management suck from supervisor to HR. The director is very racist, and run the building like it's 1950. I seen a lot of good worker leaving, just because of him. Most of the people who is higher up is 95 percent white and they all stick together even when one of their mangers are wrong. I seen people get fired over the phone and also suspended. They do not follow the employee handbook at all. I have also seen people get suspended for no legitimate reason, and no paperwork also. They make us work on Sunday with no breaks, but they take it out ours checks like we took a break.
