Overtime
This company allow the neglect and abuse to residents on LTC whom can’t speak up or out. They allow these patients to be treated inhuman, lying in feces and urine for over several hours without patient care.. Nurses and upper management did nothing!!!I witness and proof of abuse/ neglect.

Awful, They were informed of abuse and neglect and did nothing. Allowed workers to sleep almost half their shift without providing patient care..

They were desperate for workers. Although the compassion that I had for each patient would not allow that type of treatment. I spoke up and was wrongfully terminated because I informed corporate as well, and nothing was done after my work environment became hostile.
I was not granted yearly raise as I was informed during interview and orientation
