No pros exist, if I could give a 0 rating I would.
Outdated - Technology, processes, outlooks, and people. Everyone is a manager no one is a leader Don't think they understand what the term benefit's means. Toxic culture at its core.
Leaving.
There is no leadership team, just managers, and even that they fail. CEO operates as if this company is a mom and pop shop involving himself in everything including minor details like giving someone a 5k raise. Everyone is afraid of him and he is supreme leader
Probably have HWL retire, and change mgmt and empower them to lead. Have actual compan events, hold townhalls, connect individuals and reduce turn-over by investing.
Don't interview here.
Salaries average, but total comp is crap. Bonus' are all deferred with crazy vesting schedule and scheme. Practically no benefits.
No diversity. 4/14 are women.Even fewer are non-white.
Leaving.
Renovated their entire building to lure you in
With that PRO has a huge CON which is a bait and switch to give no benefits at all. The only thing it will benefit is when charity event comes around

T
Dismal Benefits, 401k is a joke, embarrassing compensation , No team culture
Challenging environment
