As the Supervisor, you will take the lead on enforcing a rigorous, insights-driven analytics process and manage the team to ensure that they are efficiently producing high quality, accurate work and fulfilling all necessary day-to-day analytics deliverables.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include:
Strategic Development
•Provide analytical insights for media and marketing recommendations

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree
•3-7 years of experience in Analytics and/or Media
•2+ years mentoring and developing staff
•Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients
•Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to direct reports
•High level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
•High level proficiency in data manipulation, through data interfaces and/or SQL-based queries
•Proven experience and skills with data visualization and presenting data
•Experience with PowerBi, Tableau, or another data visualization platform

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

Define and develop structure of a data solutions service & activation team. This includes role definition and articulating integration points and process with existing Activation, Analytics, AdOps teams.
Define preferred, full and complementary tech stack offering for the entertainment accounts on the West Coast
Audience planning & activation: explore new data strategies to push agency capabilities to maximize performance for entertainment clients as well as explore third-party partnerships to expand coverage across the client's business lines.
Build measurement methodology with Analytics practice to ensure accurate performance of the audience strategies
Collaborate with linear/addressable TV, OOH, and Digital leads on data activation and audience segmentation process
Oversee development and maintenance of proprietary business and media dashboards for clients, business stakeholders, and activation teams where needed.
Media Activation: 20%

The Coordinator will be responsible for budget reconciliation, reviewing media plans for accuracy, managing asset trafficking, and leading the planning and execution of Outdoor and Radio campaigns. Responsibilities
Review planning packets and send feedback to the agency with the oversight of the Manager/Director
Oversee management of media assets across departments ensuring the creative team is aware of all media asset (all platforms) requests from trailer debut through release (full lifecycle)
Review and provide feedback on digital considerations sets, pod position requests, and daily spot time checks
Assist in development of strategy and pitch Outdoor and Radio plans to Manager/Director as well as manage execution of both channels
Assist in review and approvals of Puerto Rico plans (with Manager alignment)
Assist in tracking budgets and invoicing
Assess and monitor industry partners to ensure alignment with current market trends and emerging opportunities through capabilities update meetings

Develop proposals for paid social media campaigns across active client roster

The Assistant Investor & Promotions role is designed to build a strong understanding of the local audio and video landscape, as well as the negotiation process, with the goal of advancing into an Investor role. This is a unique hybrid role that includes building knowledge of media marketplace trends and developing a holistic, top-line understanding of all Local audio and video platforms, as well as promotional activations- including AM/FM radio, digital audio, satellite radio, podcasting, cable TV, broadcast television, and digital video.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
70% - Administrative
Support Local One Investors & Promotions strategist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop a strong understanding of the media landscape, including media terminology and the structure of local audio, TV, and representative firms across the U.S.
Order and confirm media buys, manage makegoods, monitor the placement of scheduled spots, track added value, and handle billing reconciliation.
Collect and organize recap materials from completed promotions campaigns, ensuring all documents are client-ready.
Manage Local One & Promotional makegoods and input traditional spot/web added value into quarterly tracking charts, meeting all deadlines.
Monitor scheduled promotions and assist with the sharing of assets, Talent IOs, and other deliverables as needed.
Maintain the Local One station contact database and rep lists on a quarterly basis.
Keep buy files accurate and up to date with complete financial information aligned with the buying system.
Manage buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy for small markets.
Assume Strategist responsibilities for small promotional requests, coordinating and overseeing project execution.
10% - Client Management
Support Promotions & Investors and the Brand Solutions Team by implementing work-related goals on behalf of clients.
Review and understand buying guidelines, goals, and objectives with Strategists & Investors.

10% - Networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and Horizon Media's internal buying teams to foster integration and collaboration.
