Base pay starts at $12 per/hr and $25 commission on appointments set.

Overview of the Role

Mark Group is the global leader in providing energy efficiency home improvements and we are expanding our highly successful retail sales team. Historically, our business has been driven by homeowners’ motivation to address comfort issues in their homes and reduce their energy use and costs. Properly air sealing and insulating a home is often the best first step to meeting these objectives and optimizing home performance.

In order to provide a "whole house" solution to our customers, Mark Group offers a variety of energy efficiency home improvements including: energy analysis & benchmarking, air sealing, insulation, energy efficient lighting upgrades, Low-E windows, high efficiency HVAC, digital controls and renewable energy solutions.

The role of Field Canvasser is a door-to-door lead generation position responsible for scheduling customers for in-home appointments with our sales team by following a defined process that Mark Group provides as part of your training. Our Field Canvassers will be required to accurately collect customer information and enter the data into Mark Group’s web-based scheduled system. Although you will be working independently most of the time, our Field Canvassers are part of a team and report daily to a Field Canvassing Manager. The Field Canvassing Manager accompanies the team in the field in order to provide training and support.

Job Description
Connecting with voters personally is the most effective way to assure they support our
movement towards social equity. We do this through door to door canvassing. As a canvasser, you will walk a neighborhood with a list of voters, knock on their doors, talk to them about the candidate that aligns with Worker Power's progressive values, and invite them to join our fight to win the race and vote for candidates who support social equity efforts and will advocate for marginalized communities.

Terms of Employment
The Community Canvasser position is a full-time position (part-time options for students can be worked out). Pay begins at $22/hr The Community Canvasser position is available now until November. Canvassers with interest and demonstrated capacity will also have the opportunity for promotion to leadership positions on our canvass team.

CANVASSER **Earn up to $650 weekly**

We're looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to spread the word on our Natural Gas, Wind Generated Energy, and Solar Energy clients, explain our products and services, and close deals throughout Michigan, and Indiana. Our canvassing teams are currently earning anywhere between $550-1200 per week depending on the location. You also get out what you put into it!

We are currently partnered with Michigan Natural Gas to assist the collection of residential customer switch to RENEWABLE ENERGY. This is just ONE of the important initiatives that we are working on; We also work in Solar energy, wind generated energy, and more.
