Job Summary and Qualifications
Essential Job Functions:
1. Performs post-processing on CT/MRI data sets. These skills are to be performed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintains quality control measures of the 3D Lab, CT/MRI department insuring good documentation and follow-through on issues.
2. Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of CT, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 3D post-processing, positioning, procedure preparation and technical factors associated with the CT, MRI and post processing systems.
3. Communicates well with others, is able to prioritize tasks, and acts as a mentor to staff as needed while providing quality in-services and instructions.
4. Ensures proper working condition of all CT/MRI post-processing equipment. Coordinates with vendors for repairs, scheduled maintenance. Maintains inventory and equipment service records.
5. Assists in establishing QC/QA protocols as required by JCAHO, ACR, OSHA, TDH and other agencies when applicable.
6. Responsible for the proper use of the RIS (scheduling exams, patient tracking, film tracking, proper completion of exams and to assist the department manager in-patient charging accuracy.

1. May have access to radiopharmaceuticals, contrast agents and other non-controlled medications as appropriate to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. What you will do in this role:
You will perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure. You will conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
You will administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
You will assist with placement of artificial airways. You will initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
You will monitor patient for therapeutic response. You will notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response.
You will assist with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients.
You will respond to emergent patient situations and ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation during resuscitation as required.

Responsibilities
* Perform internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel entry control points, internal roving patrols and armed escort guard services;
* Protect equipment and personnel;
* Maintain weapons qualification on assigned weapon systems;
* Maintain proficiency with Non-Lethal Weapons;
* Perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting, for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain or snow;
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* A minimum of 21 years old.
* Prior experience in U.S. Military, corrections, security and/or Law Enforcement is preferred but not required for this position.
* Must have completed Texas Private Security Level III Training course within previous 30 days or ability to complete course at own expense prior to appointment, OR have a valid Texas PSB Level III License in hand (Full-Time Law Enforcement Officer applicants are exempt from this requirement)
* Must have clean criminal history and able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
* Honorable discharge from the military (if applicable)

* Able to don all required personal protective gear.

• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the Manager for marketing the property and for improving resident satisfaction.
• Perform outreach marketing duties.
ADMINISTRATIVE
• Correctly complete all lease applications, process application verification and notify prospective residents of results.
• Complete all lease paperwork including related addenda per SunRidge policy.
• Accept rent and deposit – not to include cash or incomplete money orders. Provide receipt upon request using only approved SunRidge receipts from receipt book.
• Complete Guest Information form on all prospects, send thank you notes and perform follow up.
• Enter phone and/or walk-in traffic from Welcome Cards into the computer daily
• Physically inspect property when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to Manager, to include cluttered patios, inoperable vehicles, broken windows, water leaks, etc.
• Inventory office supplies on a weekly basis. Report needs to manager.
• Organize and file appropriate reports, leases and paperwork daily.
• Attend company meetings when requested.
• Document all resident communication (verbal and written) in lease file conversation log.
• Assist Manager and Assistant Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, market surveys, etc.
• Accompany outside vendors on service request calls for occupied apartments when necessary.
TRAINING
• Complete all Grace Hill courses by the required deadlines. Commissions and bonuses will not be paid for anyone with past due Grace Hill courses.
GENERAL
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Manager or Property Supervisor.
