Responsibilities
Our Room Attendants (Housekeeping) are responsible for the daily cleaning of assigned rooms to the Canyon Ranch high standard of cleanliness. You will clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using vacuums, cloths, sponges, brushes, and cleaning agents by extending arms overhead, bending, and stooping. You will strip and make beds, change bed linens, and top sheets. You will also need to dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. You will vacuum entire room and empty the trash, as well as replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in the guests' rooms. Periodically, you will perform a deep cleaning of rooms on an assigned basis. You will also need to keep armoires orderly at all times. As a Fitness Instructor at Canyon Ranch, you'll be responsible for instructing Wellness/Fitness classes and ensuring guest comfort, safety and enjoyment during classes. Your fitness class schedule may include aerobic exercise, muscle toning, strength and endurance and stretching. As a fitness guru, you'll be a pro at assisting guests with proper body alignment, equipment and safety of classes and cardiovascular and weight equipment.
A group fitness certification is required upon first 90 days.
