Our prep cooks are responsible for setting up workstations in the kitchen and preparing ingredients for the cooking process. The prep cook is required to perform basic cooking duties as well as monitor stock levels. To be a successful prep cook, you will be quick and diligent and be able to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity (with strong possibilities to convert full-time). The Technical Support Analyst will provide reliable and effective IT support services, ensuring consistent and high-quality end-user support. This role supports IT operations in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned areas of responsibility.
DUTIES:
Deliver hands-on support for site IT infrastructure and end-user services, including troubleshooting and maintenance of: Desktop and laptop computers, Mobile devices and phones, Printers and peripheral devices, Audio/Visual equipment, Other related IT hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
Steel Framer Tasks:
Install steel wall frames independently, ensuring they are level, plumb, and properly secured.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute framing tasks accurately.
Collaborate with team members to follow construction schedules and meet deadlines.
Window Installer Tasks:
Install windows independently in modular homes, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and sealing.
Follow installation guidelines and blueprints to meet design specifications.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely window installations.
Floor Installer Tasks:
Install flooring materials (e.g., laminate, tile, hardwood) independently, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Read and interpret blueprints to align flooring with design plans.
Work with production teams to meet project timelines and standards.
Hardi Board/Siding Installer Tasks:
Install Hardi Board panels independently for interior and exterior applications with precision.
Ensure proper alignment, fit, and sealing, following installation guidelines and blueprints.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean workspace and meet schedules.
General Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and company standards to maintain a secure production environment.
Support cross-training efforts to maintain versatility across all subcategories.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in carpentry or construction preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in carpentry, steel framing, window installation, floor installation, or siding installation, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in steel framing, window installation, floor installation, and Hardi Board/siding installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation guidelines.
Knowledge of construction tools, equipment operation, and safety practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications: Certification in carpentry or construction (e.g., NCCER) preferred; OSHA safety training is a plus.
Work Environment:
On-site at Mytikas Steel's production facility in Florence, Colorado.
Collaborative, production-driven environment with opportunities to guide Entry-Level carpenters.
Requires adherence to safety standards and use of PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hard hats).
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (40 hours total).

This role provides opportunities for advancement to the Senior (Master) Carpenter position with demonstrated expertise and leadership.
