The role reports to the Job Coach Scheduling Manager and requires upholding the organization's core values-Pursuing Excellence, Acting with Integrity, Embracing Change, and Supporting the Team-while maintaining ethical professionalism, accurate documentation for billing and compliance (CARF, U.S. Department of Labor), and excellent customer service with all stakeholders. A key goal of the position is to efficiently schedule staff to maintain a quarterly accountability goal per staff person, with accountability goals tied to experience level. The ideal candidate typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication and teamwork skills, one year of experience at Capabilities, and knowledge of supported employment and scheduling best practices.
