JANUS Research Group is seeking a Senior Windows Administrator to support the IT Services and Support (ITSS) requirements for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS) requirement, in support of the Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO Enterprise) in Radford, VA. The Senior Windows Systems Administrator will support the ALTESS Windows team. This is currently a mixed and growing environment of Windows 2019 and Windows 2022. This position will work with the existing Windows team to manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support servers for a mixed customer environment. This position will plan, execute, and implement new system HW and SW and create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as needed. The Senior Windows Systems Administrator will need to be adept at monitoring and tuning system performance, ongoing operation of the servers, hardening of the servers and reporting of the overall security and operational status. The position will also recommend improvements to the enterprise and manage new SW/HW integrations when required while also providing utilization reports using existing tools to identify problems and corrective actions as needed. The position will need excellent communication and team skills. This position will provide support towards the lifecycle of a mixed environment of vendor equipment in the datacenter to include firmware version control and periodic preventive maintenance and will also need to be able to recommend, demonstrate, and implement technologies to help expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies to the current environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * CompTIA Security+. * Computing Environment (CE) Certification (i.e., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Server+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), RedHat, Palo, etc., or the ability to obtain. * Experience in Computer Science or IT. * Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. * Five or more years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer with three or more years experience in automating assigned tasks utilizing powershell. * Five or more years installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex applications and websites (Internet Information Services (IIS)), Apache, etc.). * Five or more years experience working in an environment with complex networking solutions with senior level fundamental knowledge in networking principles, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). * Five or more years experience managing enterprise level Active Directory Structures. * Five or more years experience creating and maintaining complex MS Group Policy implementations. * Five or more years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolution. * Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to be a team player. JANUS Research Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the IT Services and Support (ITSS) requirements for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS) requirement, in support of the Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO Enterprise) in Radford, VA. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact for all matters pertaining to this contract. The PM shall exercise comprehensive oversight of all contractor personnel and activities, ensuring adherence to the PWS and applicable standards. The PM shall possess the authority to commit contractor resources and make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor organization.
