We are looking for a committed and meticulous Dental Sterilization Technician to join our dynamic dental practice. This position is full-time and requires the candidate to work onsite at our modern facility, as it is not eligible for remote work. As a Dental Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our standards of care, ensuring that all practices are conducted under the highest sanitation protocols. Job Description The Sterilization Technician helps the dental team by improving patient services, efficiency, and productivity by successfully managing sterilization protocols. The role is crucial in ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared according to the latest health regulations and company standards. This is a key support role that directly impacts the quality of care we provide to our patients. Duties and Responsibilities Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and sanitizers. Ensure all dental instruments are cleaned and sterilized accurately and on schedule. Monitor inventory levels. Conduct regular tests and maintenance on sterilization machinery to ensure optimal functionality. Record and maintain accurate sterilization records in compliance with health regulations. Regularly review and implement updates to sterilization protocols and procedures, based on new guidelines and feedback from dental staff. Inspect, wrap, and prepare equipment and instruments for sterilization. Assist with the organization and cleaning of the dental office. Ensure a safe and professional environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Collaborate closely with the dental team to prepare for procedures and to ensure all necessary equipment is ready and available. Participate in training and development sessions to stay current with the latest sterilization techniques and technologies. Support the dental staff with instrument setup and clinic readiness. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated success with clear thinking and ability to reorganize as needed. Demonstrated success in working independently, prioritization and problem solving. Demonstrated success in organization abilities. Demonstrated success in basic computer skills. Demonstrated success in customer service/patient services or working with the general public, preferably in a medical or dental care facility. Summary/Objective The Restaurant Bus Person is for setting and clearing restaurant tables, stocking all service stations and assisting food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs. Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates and utensils. Prepare all beverages required for service, including coffee, iced tea and hot water. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs. Supports servers by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and bus stations. Ability to serve food and beverages to guests during busy periods. Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash. Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests' expectations. Performs other duties as directed.
