Scope of Work: Capio Group is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce QA/Testing Lead to provide IT Services for implementation of the clients cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services. The proposed solution is an enterprise-level data system, to address current and future information needs. The client solution supports a secure system to intake documentation, certifications, compliance forms, and data from public water systems; determine compliance; support staff and management through compliance evaluations, document generation, and recordkeeping; facilitate data-driven decision-making; and provide automated data publication. As part of the team, the Senior Salesforce QA/Testing Lead will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to: Has overall responsibility for managing and executing testing activities. Leads the development of the test plan, test scripts, test data, user roles, and related project documents. Manages the testing resources in compliance with the project plans. Manages the execution of all test plans, including leading and conducting unit, system, integration, performance, interface, regression, performance, and scalability testing. Supports and facilitates user acceptance testing in alignment with other testing tasks Facilitates defect reporting processes in alignment with all project plans. Accountable for the clients' solution meeting, or exceeding, established quality goals and objectives. Responsible for validation and certification of requirements, requirements quality control definition, establishment, and validation throughout the project. Responsible for the planning and execution of all testing, including the facilitation (defect logging and reporting) of user acceptance testing (or methodologically equivalent activity for accepting the system for production go-live). Responsible for the creation of test scripts and scenarios fully traced to the validation of each functional and non- functional requirement. Responsible for the validation of all identified defects no matter the resolution/mitigation, including system training, business process training (OCM/BPM), data quality (integration or data migration), or data science. Responsible for testing in support of, and specific to, multiple project roles including, but not limited to, Project Managers, Programs, dashboard consumers. Oversee the team to develop the System Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Procedures, Test Data, and Test Results Reports for each test phase and System release, including but not limited to the development, documentation and tracking of all testing criteria. Lead test script development & management, test approval and defect tracking and management. Document all test results and disseminate all test results communication. Providing testing training through different channels (web-based, in- person etc.). Develop and customize all materials related to system testing & test plans. Responsible for all aspects of Release Management Services including scheduling, planning, implementing, and controlling the software development and delivery process. Coordinate and facilitate Release Management meetings with the client at each stage of the software development lifecycle, including SMEs as required. Develop and maintain a Go-Live and Implementation Plan, and release schedule for clients review. Coordinate and conduct formal Go/No-Go meetings with the client and key stakeholders as necessary. Manage and maintain stakeholder expectations and communications, concerning the release cycle. Ongoing Platform Release Management and Testing Release Management. Protect the integrity of the system environment by overseeing and ensuring that software changes pass all stages of quality checks through comprehensive testing such as unit, system, UAT, smoke, security, including post-implementation verification and validation. Develops and enforces standardized testing processes within the context of an Agile development methodology. Works with the Project team to define/enhance processes and strategies associated with both manual and automated testing. Manages integrated testing and system components. Performs complex testing functions, tasks, and activities, including coordination of performance testing, stress testing, parallel testing, and recurring regression tests with maximized use of automation. Performs analysis of requirements, test coverage, and the impact of proposed changes and continuous improvement in the testing process. Collaborates with developers and business analysts in handling and interpreting requirements and defects. Mandatory Experience: Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience as a testing lead for projects with a minimum value of $10M+ and 10,000+ internal and external users (including the public) within the public sector including the following: i. Developing and executing test plans, ii. Leading a testing or validation team in a cloud-based SaaS solution, and iii. Configuring automation tools to run test scripts. *Desirable Qualification scores may be awarded for additional years of experience up to a total of five (5) years. Within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years FTE experience planning, documenting, and implementing test strategies for systems with at least 1,000 internal users and 1,000,000 registered external users. Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience leading and executing manual and automated integration, system, and performance testing, and supporting/coordinating UAT. Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience providing QA support for vendor automation testing efforts (reviewing scripts, assessing environments, and validating results). Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience maintaining non-production test environments, covering test data development/coordination, data refreshes, and release management. Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and have performed a management or supervisory role. Desirable Experience: Experience serving on at least one (1) completed project as a Test Lead for a public sector client in the last ten (10) years. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree.
