Maintains the stock and cleanliness of the bar area, dining room and event areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Attends Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adheres to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons. Utilizes drink measures and proper pours. Checks customers' identification and confirms it meets legal drinking age. Records drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into register system. Collects guest payment, processes credit card charges and makes change (if applicable). Takes food orders, records food orders into register system and delivers orders to bar patrons. Maintains the stock in the bar and the cleanliness of the area. Arrange bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
