Summary:
The CT Tech operates computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. They prepare patients for the procedure, position patients with considerations for safety and image accuracy, ensure proper imaging protocols are followed, and work closely with radiologists to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. CT Techs also maintain equipment, keep patient records, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure and provide compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
Essential Work Functions:
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital's system
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
Ability to adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice

Under the direction of the supervisor of the division assigned, the case manager works to directly provide high quality care to NSO clients by assessing, coordinating, planning, and implementing client centered care plan to achieve positive outcomes; coordinate the interdisciplinary care team (IDT) by connecting members of the team to ensure clients services and benefits are maximized while improving client satisfaction, compliance with treatment regimen, medication adherence, access to benefits, stable housing, referrals, entitlements, and reducing ER utilization, inpatient admissions, and overall cost of care.
Requirements and Duties:
Completes case management workflow per identified process and documents timely within the electronic medical record within policy identified timeframes.
Assesses referrals to identify patient/significant others' needs, level of intensity, insurance benefits and other patient resources.
Make in-person face -to-face encounters (visits) in the clients home, office, or virtual calls to assess members current health status and engage client
Completes all documentation including required assessments, case plans or IPOS, within required time frames, per policy and procedure.
Collaborates with appropriate key individuals to participate in the case plan or IPOS process and continues to involve and communicate as needed to ensure best possible outcomes for client.
Identifies gaps or barriers in the case plan or IPOS treatment plans
Initiates patient focused case plan or IPOS, coordinating services, appointments and care within required time frames and as needed
Make appropriate client centered referrals to outside sources as needed to resolve barriers to access, social determinants of health or benefits
Assesses the educational needs of clients, families and members of the health care team and provides, develops and implements appropriate teaching strategies or makes appropriate referrals.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a Human Services Field

Roles that are interfacing with our children, adolescent, and teen population will require a total of 3 years working with minors or 24 hours of child-specific training (CEUs) to be certified by CMHP for MDHHS qualified provider.

Ability to navigate through an electronic medical record (EMR) and utilize Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Client Access Specialists will provide exceptional customer service and knowledge of NSO's programs, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, requests, appointments, complaints, verifications, and problems. Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Radiology program of study with specialization and training in MRI
One years' experience as an MRI Tech
Valid Radiology/MRI license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications:
Current ARRT or equivalent certification
Current ARMRIT or equivalent certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary:
The MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce high-quality 3D images used in medical diagnosis. They interact directly with patients and administer intravenous injections of contrast dye as needed and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic results. MRI Technologists are responsible for maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring patient-centered care throughout the imaging process.
Essential Work Functions:
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications prior to procedure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Educate patients on MRI procedure and answers questions if they arise
Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions
Start I.V.s and administer contrast media per orders and protocol, monitoring patients for adverse reactions
Monitor image quality during procedures and make adjustments to scanning parameters for optimal diagnostic results
Document all procedure details, including imaging parameters and patient observations, in compliance with hospital policies
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and timely delivery of results
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with infection control and hospital policies
Follow hospital safety rules and procedures including infection control and radiation safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of an MRI Technologist
Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate
