Position Summary: A Credit Administrative Assistant II ("CAAII") reports to the Credit Officer of the department. A candidate for CAA would have at least 2-3 years of non-commercial banking experience or several years of commercial/retail banking experience. A CAAII is responsible for assisting the Credit Officer with the gathering of data and preparation of Board and departmental reports; imaging credit file documentation to the Banks electronic filing system; saving credit file information to the appropriate working files; adding and tracking financial and covenant ticklers; processing Business Express loans via the Numerated platform; preparing financial statement spreads and covenant compliance; and, promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services when applicable. Both on-the-job training and periodic off-site training will be available.
