As Group CFO, Aziz oversees the financial planning and analysis, business support, internal controls and group support functions. He also provides strategic and tactical information related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Aziz has over 15 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with result and profitability oriented objectives. He joined Capital Banking Solutions in 2009, having previously been CFO at Strong Satellite TV Europe, Finance Manager at Virgin Megastores and an External Auditor at Ernst & Young. Aziz holds a Masters in Business Administration from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA).

As Group COO , Michel manages operations with responsibility toward achieving growth and ensuring profitability. Michel has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in business and IT bringing a rich and diversified background. Prior to joining Capital Banking Solutions in 2008, Michel was associated partner and shareholder of Valoris, a European consultancy CRM and Business Intelligence firm, now part of Sopra Group, as well as founder of a French IT company CEDRIA. At Valoris he started as Director of Operations and moved to the BENELUX as a Managing Director developing the company’s subsidiary and was later appointed as MD of Sopra Belgium when the latter acquired Valoris.
