This role assists clients with their banking needs, which may include introducing clients to technology. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Are Reflective of a Universal Associate and Not Necessarily in Order of Frequency or Importance Must be energetic, engaging and able to handle various client interactions with innovative banking technologies. Opens, closes, services and supports all accounts, products and services. Uses various programs to ensure work is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations, such as: Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, Privacy, Currency Transaction Reporting. Responds to client questions or concerns in a quick, courteous and friendly manner. Cross-sells Bank products and services, marketing campaigns and initiatives, to new and existing clients to meet their needs as well as attain individual, division and Bank goals. Enters data, updates and maintains client information and status of referrals and leads, in Synapsis. Follows procedures for open/close office and robbery response. Educate clients regarding ID fraud, phishing scams. Process consumer and commercial transactions, i.e.: account deposits/withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, Official Checks, wires, and safe deposit box payments, when applicable. Keeps cash secure and maintains a high level of safety and security. Maintains cash levels; balances cash drawer daily; scans Teller work. Follows procedures including researching, and locating outages, thereby limiting violations of Teller and Personal Banker Performance Balancing Standards. Attends meetings and training sessions, as required. Employer determines the essential functions of the job. Assisting clients with operational information pertaining to accounts and account set-up. Provides the operations functions for all Financial Advisors at Capital City Investments (CCI). All associates at Capital City Bank, Capital City Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans have access to confidential client information and must practice discretion at all times. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Note: Placing trades per client or Financial Advisor request can only be performed by a fully LICENSED associate. Licensed and Unlicensed associates will function in support of the department in addition to any primary Financial Advisor they may be assigned to support. All Investment Assistants will be called upon to support the department as needed. Daily Functions New account processing Perform required follow-up necessary to ensure account is in order and approved through Client Works. Create original file on Redtail for client and upload documents on LPL and Redtail. Set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) links Act as back up for opening accounts. Provide instruction on proper documentation required for various accounts as well as instruction on proper account registration. Mail new account documentation to clients for new and updating accounts. Perform required follow up on EFTs, wires and trades. Handling error correction through order desk, and researching items as needed. Forward completed information to Financial Advisor.
