The only people I’d recommend to apply are people who enjoy fast paced environments and don’t get offended by harsh natured/egotistical managers. Hope you like chaotic financial whiplash.
How this is #7 in sac for best places to work I will NEVER know… company does not care about employees in the least bit, workers are treated like cattle. Fired on the spot with no warning, forced to work in horrendous heat and cold, paid pennies and worked to death. You can expect 60 hour weeks here to be mandatory, except when the plant slows down.. then your hours will be cut mercilessly, they’ll threaten your jobs too. They’ll give you cold sandwiches and a speech about record numbers before denying your raises and telling you that your ‘Christmas bonus’ is actually them cutting your hours for 3 days, unpaid. Capital was great to work at.. this is golden west now.
