That's where you come in. About the team: Acquisitions, Customer Management & Segments (ACMS) is an organization within Card Technology. We manage the platform responsible for acquisitions which includes our pre-approved offer and counter-offer user journeys; and the Customer Management systems that our customers use after they open an account with Capital One. We also manage several products across various segments of the Capital One business. An example is the CreditWise App that gives you 24/7 access to your free credit score and protects your data with biometrics and two-factor authentication. We also manage the Secured Card product that provides a path to build your credit through the use of refundable security deposits. As a Senior Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) on Capital One's Enterprise Product & Platform organization, you will help us build solid platforms on mobile and web surfaces that will help Capital One customers have incredible experiences. The platforms are the foundational blocks on which Capital One's various lines of businesses (like credit card, retail banking, auto finance) build delightful experiences for our customers. In addition to the technical program, you will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
