As a Credit Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing compliance with credit agreement terms. In this role, you will interpret financial and other covenants included in credit agreements to determine whether borrowers are meeting the terms of the credit agreements or are in default. **Job Responsibilities**
+ Complete set up of reporting requirements and financial covenants in a wide variety of new credit agreements and other executed documents in the bank system, including Syndicated Credit Agreements and other externally prepared agreements
+ Translate legal and structural terms into operational and monitoring requirements for ongoing compliance
+ Conduct periodic reviews and continuous monitoring of the borrower's financial covenants and collateral based on the credit agreement requirements
+ Interpret complex attorney/externally prepared credit agreements and other legal documents to determine which co-borrowers, guarantors, and other parties to the agreements require set up in bank's system of record for future covenant compliance evaluation
+ Review documentation and monitor ongoing compliance with financial covenants with bilateral agreements and syndicated loans from different lending institutions
+ Independently calculate cash flow, leverage ratios, and required covenant values in accordance with specific terms laid out in credit agreements
+ Perform detailed Borrowing Base calculations and reconciliations for Secured Lending cases
+ Validate collateral documentation such as AR aging, inventory listings, and ineligible summaries
+ Compare executed Credit Agreements to the corresponding Credit Approval and term sheets to verify alignment and report discrepancies
+ Adhere to the quality control standards that have been set for the process and to service level agreements WLS has with its internal business partners
+ Partner with Risk, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies or clarifications within loan documentation and operation
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in business/accounting preferred
+ Three or more years of experience in Credit Monitoring, Credit Administration, Credit Review, or Loan Operations in Commercial, Business, or Investment Banking
+ Proven experience reviewing and interpreting Credit Agreements and Syndicated Loan Structures
+ Maintain strong knowledge of various facility types, including Revolvers, Term Loans, LCs, Bridge Loans, and Asset-Based structures

As a Loan Support Analyst, you will complete same day daily funding requests. You will have assigned daily requests from the Operations Work Lead, which are pipelined from Commercial Lending Servicing Portal. After requests are assigned, you will conduct due diligence and book requests in WI. For requests indicating the payment to be made via wire another system PSUI is used to complete the monetary transaction. If any errors are found, the QC team will kick the request back and you will have to fix any errors.
You can expect to have work assigned in the morning and look at everything from the prior day in a daily morning huddle. During the afternoon you can also expect a touch base to see where all same day funding requests are. On occasion, you can expect to communicate with Dealers and Relationship managers via email and/or on the phone. This usually occurs when clarification is needed for funding a loan. You will also process refunds for Dealers that are received in the form of a paper check, title tracking, and some legal files in office. It is beneficial for proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OneNote, along with meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to adjust to diverse workloads.

GENERAL FUNCTION: Under general supervision, performs critical monitoring, processing and support functions for high risk payment applications with essential duties and responsibilities including processing of incoming and outgoing high dollar, time sensitive, funds transfer activity via the SWIFT networks. This position may be responsible for all or any combination of these defined duties and responsibilities encompassed within Global Payments Operations and the administration of Deposit Account Control Agreements.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Processes international and domestic inbound/outbound payments via internal payment origination networks.
+ Monitors inbound/outbound fraud related/anti-money laundering payment activity according to federal regulations and associated procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Effectively route high dollar international payments international clearing banks.
+ Proper execution of foreign currency exchange transactions including foreign denominated checks and wires.
+ Perform general analytics and execution of defined payment related credit risk exceptions by referencing multiple internal applications to assess associated bank driven risk tolerances (i.e. acct balance, established credit limits bank exposure amount, past historical activity).
+ Responsible for all facets of line of business compliance program to ensure full compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations (i.e. E, NACHA, FFIEC).
+ Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal sales and support teams and other internal and external customers.
+ Handles any routine inquires and confirmations for internal sales support and/or external direct support.
+ Utilizes multiple servicing systems for research and processing (i.e. Mobius, PEP+, MTS, CRM, SPOT, ACE, SWIFT, EDI, FTD).
+ Performs outbound funds transfer verification for fraud risk and/or customer special instructions.
+ Assists with the planning, testing and implementation of new applications, enhancements, conversions and/or acquisitions.
+ Processes all daily work according to department procedures and bank policies.
+ Review operational procedures/methods, recommending changes for improvements with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
+ Escalates large dollar/high value customer specific system and servicing issues as appropriate.
+ Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently with a low margin of error.
+ Collaborates proactively/effectively with team to achieve shared goals.
+ Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ HIGH RISK AREA Requires annual background and credit check.
+ Minimum two years experience in Banking, Compliance, or Operations encompassing one or more of the product groups supported by Global Payments; ACH, Global Funds Transfer or Trade Services highly desirable but not mandatory.
+ Exceptional organizational skills.
+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
+ Detailed oriented along with intermediate analytical skills.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills necessary.
+ Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft office products: Word, Excel and Access is necessary.
