Reviews incident reports for their communities to identify regulatory issues, non-compliance with Sonida Senior Living policies, or risk issues. Works with legal team, community leadership and regional operations to develop plans of corrections as needed. Produce work product following the QA Committee guidelines. Reports are to be submitted for review to the QCD prior to the submission to the QA Committee. Assist communities with all state regulatory compliance. This includes identifying lapses in compliance and self-reporting as required by state regulation. Assist the community, regional operations and legal with the plans of correction and monitoring of compliance. Visit assigned communities to review, monitor and audit the quality of nurse care provided to residents. Implements standards of nursing practice, reviews and revises as necessary to reflect changes in nursing practice and resident population. Plan and schedule travel with the QCD and Regional Operations teams. Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality. Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to provide quality services to their shared communities. Traveling 50% of the time. Requirements: RN License is required. Experience as a Wellness Director in assisted living is required. Experience in other leadership roles in senior living may be considered.
