Business Director Responsibilities include:
Assists with implementation and assures all employees are following Company policies and procedures, and assist administering, coordinating and directing all activities in accordance with the policies and procedures, benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance.
The role acts as a support to the human resources functions to assist the leadership team accomplish goals through people including but not limited to; personnel records, orientation, employee retention efforts, leave of absence and recruitment assistance within the community.
Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (i.e., HIPAA, State Regulations, OSHA, and infection control protocols, etc.).
Prepare census changes, entering payments, ancillary charges, preparing statements, processing resident renewals and closing the AR books for each period. Maintains and review accounts payables and routing invoices to the appropriate department, entering invoices and tracking payment information.
Verifies and maintains all employee records including those relating to actions involving the BD's direct reports. Directs and manages direct reports.
Verify and submit timecards for bi-weekly payroll. Track used PTO time for all staff.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.

Maintains organization of all storage and equipment areas.

Qualifications:

Sales Director Responsibilities include:
Supports Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
Keeps updated about relevant operational, competitive analysis data, and company information, in order to respond effectively to lead inquires.
Achieves Community sales objectives and move-in goals as identified by the Executive Director and the Regional Director of Sales. Achieves annual budgeted census and per diem targets.
Develops and implements marketing plans for the Community. This detailed plan must be refined quarterly for review by the Regional Director of Sales/Marketing.
Advises solutions that match prospective Residents' needs, overcoming objections by demonstrating benefits to prospective Residents, and negotiating a mutually beneficial outcome.
Works with appropriate Community Managers to finalize residency contracts, so that sales efforts expended are in proportion to their urgency and appropriateness for the Community. Ensures a smooth transition for the Residents from the sales process through the move-in process.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
High school diploma required. College credits or degree preferred or satisfy state experience requirements

You, our Ideal Candidate
You are a compassionate and dependable Home Services Assistant who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our communities. Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living. (Examples of these to include: dressing and grooming, ambulation, toileting, transfers with or without equipment, turning and positioning in bed or chair, assist with prescribed exercise routines, provide reminders to take medications, etc.)
Assist with or prepare meals and snacks, adhering to dietary recommendations
Assist with oxygen equipment
Perform light housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and clean environment. (Examples of these include making and changing beds, washing dishes, laundering clients' belongings, etc.)
Shop and run errands for clients.
Limited travel required.

The Rehab Tech assists to make therapy sessions productive under the supervision of the Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, keeps the therapy treatment area clean and organized, and performs administrative duties that facilitate the efficient functioning of the therapy department.
