Required Qualifications * 2+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in sports, live entertainment, or media. * Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong video editing skills (Premiere, DaVinci, or Final Cut). * Exceptional design eye: typography, color theory, and layout mastery. * Portfolio that showcases impactful, results-driven creative work (sports/entertainment preferred). * Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with business objectives. * Strong teamwork, project management, and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and juggle multiple priorities.
