The Senior Manager of Ticket Services is responsible for leading the Durham Bulls' ticket service strategy and delivering a best-in-class fan experience across all touchpoints. This role oversees all ticket service operations, including service plans, renewals, member engagement, and the 919 Member program. The Senior Manager provides strategic direction, manages staff and systems, and ensures consistent, high-quality service for season members, single-game buyers, and event clients. About the Holly Springs Salamanders The Holly Springs Salamanders are a member of the Coastal Plain League. The CPL is a 15 team Collegiate Summer Baseball League ranging from Virginia to Georgia. About The Intern Program The Holly Springs Salamanders are looking for motivated and dedicated interns looking to begin or continue their careers in the sports industry. The intern program is open to college students and recent college graduates. Interns will be required to work all home games and some non-game day events and office requirements. The Durham Bulls are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing Mascot Program Coordinator to lead our mascot program and serve as a key ambassador for our brand. This full-time position will be the face of the Durham Bulls in the community, performing as Wool E. Bull at all home games, community events, sponsor appearances, and other special engagements. The Durham Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join our Ticketing team as an Inside Sales Intern for the 2026 season. This role provides hands-on experience in sports sales and customer service, with a focus on outbound and inbound ticket sales, account management, lead generation, and order processing. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
