Management is not able to retain and grow the team; it's a revolving door of staff. There's no opportunity for advancement, and no structure even for performance reviews and common workplace practices like HR protocols or even training. The benefits are also poor.

The company culture is lacking. Growth and employee advancement are not valued and there is no structure for common business practicea to support employee retention.

Diversity is non-existent. The company is more lile 35+ staff but many are in management type roles. Mostly majority groups are represented. Don't expect ERGs or any mention of diversity/inclusion.
It's an unstable organization that cannot sustain employees or a pattern of growth. They're in the business of mergers and acquisitions, but do not possess the management and growth mindsets to keep the business intact. So every couple of years they'll acquire more small forensics companies, people will leave, and the process repeats.
They need to have a comprehensive business and management model that will benefit the company and employees
