Diversity is non-existent. The company is more lile 35+ staff but many are in management type roles. Mostly majority groups are represented. Don't expect ERGs or any mention of diversity/inclusion.
It's an unstable organization that cannot sustain employees or a pattern of growth. They're in the business of mergers and acquisitions, but do not possess the management and growth mindsets to keep the business intact. So every couple of years they'll acquire more small forensics companies, people will leave, and the process repeats.
They need to have a comprehensive business and management model that will benefit the company and employees
