Mission focused, positive company culture, training opportunities, love the people I work with.
Limited funding for children and adults with disabilities,
Seeing the kids meet their goals and surprise us with what they can do. Love Dialogue Coffee and the jobs it creates.
They care about the staff and the people Capper serves. They work really hard and willing to help us.
It has been growing fast lately. I don’t know everyone like I did before. Tons of new staff. Maybe do more things together to help us know each other more.

It seems low, it is hard work. But nonprofits that work with individuals with disabilities don’t pay very well.
