Part-time, Contract Description Supply Chain Solutions is a third party logistics (3PL) company specializing in Managed Transportation Services. We are located in Coon Rapids, MN. We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Contract) to support our growing business and help drive key marketing initiatives. This part-time 1099 role averages 12-15 hours per week with a mix of on-site and remote work. It's a great match for someone who wants to flex their creative muscle while keeping a flexible schedule. This is a 6-month contract with potential for future opportunities. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day marketing efforts and support ongoing campaigns. We are seeking to fill a full-time Logistics Coordinator role on our operations team. Position requires a minimum of three years of freight brokerage experience. Compensation consists of base salary plus monthly incentive pay. Summary Responsible for interacting with office and service providers in order to deliver exceptional customer service and provide information in response to inquiries about the status of shipment pickups and deliveries. Sets up day-to-day shipments for house account customers Builds customer loads and assigns carriers to the loads by finding the most optimal carrier and cost. Dispatches shipments. Communicates all delays and issues with carriers, customers, and internal staff, as necessary. Schedules all pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers. Prepares customer reports as required. Handles variances and claims.
