This role is a pivotal position which ensures the overall success and compliance of the auditing process. This role will oversee a team of associates who perform auditing and unloading functions with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. This role will also work with the site management to ensure that the operation is effective, efficient, and safe and recommend areas of improvement.

All aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
Bachelor of Science degree required in Business Management, Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent work history.
3+ years of warehouse experience
5+ years of successfully leading a team
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles; experience in a lean manufacturing environment and how to maintain a continuous improvement culture.
Understanding of business efficiencies, FTE and machine optimization metrics.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and other similar software.
Works primarily on the floor and office, and/or in and around shipping/receiving docks and rotational molding environment
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, heat and cold.

A results-driven and highly organized Supervisor to lead our Logistics, Inventory Systems, and Reclamations. This role is accountable for the direct oversight of the Logistics Lead and teams responsible for Odoo system integrity, reclamations, procurement coordination, inventory control.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure all departments operate seamlessly, meet performance goals, and drive continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and support the Logistics Lead in their daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members across reclamations, procurement, and inventory coordination functions.
Monitor team performance, enforce SLA adherence, and ensure accurate daily reporting and dashboards.
Lead daily check-ins, performance evaluations, and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
Allocate staff based on workload demands and operational priorities, in coordination with final schedule approval.
Manage both warehouse spaces (HQ & IT) with accuracy and efficiency.
Facilitate disciplinary actions and performance reviews with the lead.
Act as an escalation point for operational blockers or issues requiring leadership intervention.
Logistics Oversight
Oversee shipping and receiving processes ensuring SLAs are met
Maintenance of shipping and receiving logs and Odoo maintenance.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and effective utilization of warehouse space.
Promote and maintain SOPs across logistics functions and drive ongoing training initiatives.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and physical space optimization.
Support team adaptability during shifting priorities and evolving operational needs.
Inventory Systems, Procurement & Reclamation Oversight
Supervise daily operations of the Odoo system, ensuring integration across logistics, procurement, inventory, and reclamation functions.
Lead procurement coordination efforts: track purchasing needs, inventory forecasting, initiate supply orders, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Support inventory coordination through system audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies in Odoo with Odoo Administrator.
Oversee reclamation workflows including device intake, triage, and recycling processes.
Coordinate department needs for reclaimed device projects and manage intake submission timelines.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
Deliver weekly operational updates to the executive team and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Participate in Leads and Management meetings to communicate team status, blockers, and proposed solutions.
Drive continuous cross-training among team members to improve efficiency and build operational resilience.
Collaborate across departments to align output with broader company goals and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
o Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in inventory and ERP systems, preferably Odoo or similar platforms.
o Strong working knowledge of shipping/receiving workflows, procurement processes, and warehouse management.
